Presqu’ile Winery is a family-owned winery in the Santa Maria Valley dedicated to crafting exceptional, cool-climate wines. I worked with the marketing director of Presqu’ile to collaborate on a culinary shoot, to document a tasting event, the specific landscape at the property, the wine-making facilities, and to create table-top images with new wine releases. I used local vegetation, available light, real horses, non-models and authentic gatherings at the winery in this part-documentary, part-art-directed campaign.
