Martha Almy, founder of Half Sister Studio, brings together interdisciplinary experts for various design projects, often in the arts events realm. Martha hosts gatherings that are also immersive design projects—creating gatherings that are visual and culinary works of art. Martha commissioned a group of photographs for a new aspect of her existing business. I provided her a range of images juxtaposing a bountiful feast, a dinner party on a rainy night at the Oregon coast, her table top design-prowess, and portraits of her in her Portland, Oregon garden.
